This über-smart steak restaurant is secreted away on the ground floor of the Zunda Towers skyscraper. Forgo starters and enjoy a generous plate of cured meats and salamis from their farm, then move on to a superb steak from Latvia, Spain, California, Japan or Australia. Accompany this with one of their freshly made sauces in myriad flavours, as well as a side – the crispy potatoes with thyme are a must.
