The highly-anticipated 2nd selection of The MICHELIN Guide Taipei will be announced on 10th April 2019!
To celebrate the achievements of the chefs and their teams from these Michelin-starred restaurants, a gala dinner will be held on the very same night. Chefs are artists of the culinary world and this star-studded night will bear witness to five chefs from local and regional Michelin-starred restaurants presenting their creations inspired by works of art. These art pieces, which will also be exhibited at the gala dinner, have all been carefully selected and showcase Taiwan through the different perspectives of the artists.
