Enjoy à la carte dishes in the traditional style of French cuisine here at Bistro Yanagihara, where the generous servings are suffused with the spirit of Alsace. Faithful to tradition, the chef prepares a charcuterie of terrines and sausages. The focus on meat for the main course is also classic. Drawing on his experience apprenticing in France’s Alsace region, the chef offers choucroute, cabbage pickled in salt and fermented, as the house speciality.
