This restaurant, where Japanese chef Yasuo Nanaumi officiates, is housed in a delightful setting (a space with a counter on the ground floor, plus a refined little area on the first floor). For lunch and dinner, he prepares a surprise omakase menu, reflecting his Japanese culture and his passion for French gastronomy, eg foie gras with teriyaki sauce or sole goujonnettes with dashi. The whole team is very focused on customers' well-being.
