The chef, who hails from South Tyrol, serves up classic cuisine with a modern twist, making a point of working with regional produce. The attentive front-of-house team includes his partner, a trained sommelier – the wine cellar boasts over 600 labels. There are a few attractive guestrooms available for overnight stays.
