This stylish restaurant brings a modern and cosmopolitan take on Japanese cuisine, serving up sushi, sashimi and rolls, as well as Wagyu beef and chicken teriyaki. Fittingly, star designer Noé Duchafour-Lawrence drew inspiration from the Far East to create the sophisticated and distinctive interior. There is also a sushi counter, where – as you might expect in an establishment of this calibre – sushi master Tsutomu Kugota works his magic. In summer, the terrace is a delightful spot.
