This beautiful 12C bastide overlooks a charming medieval village… Here, Julien Beaudoire, a chef with a fine CV, works side by side with his brother – a pastry chef. He serves up Provençal cuisine that navigates between classic dishes, such as snails, and more contemporary preparations, eg octopus with tandoori curry.
