Overlooking the Playa de Salinas and boasting stunning views, this attractive restaurant provides the backdrop for modern creative cuisine that aims to offer a different kind of dining experience through its combination of sweet and savoury ingredients and flavours, an ambition helped by the adjoining bakery and pastry shop. The restaurant takes its name from local history – the Éleonore was the famous locomotive used by the Mina de Arnao, the first underwater coal mine in Europe.
