Basile De Wulf’s endearing restaurant is part of La Petite Campagne farm, which boasts both a butcher’s and a dairy. Established in a modern-day wooden chalet, the chef will introduce you to local produce (some from the farm) rich in gutsy, rustic flavours. After stints in a number of top establishments, Basile seeks to showcase fresh ingredients with an international twang.
