In this friendly neo-bistro, Amandine Chaignot fetes market produce, spontaneity and creativity, without ever betraying the flavours of her carefully selected ingredients. Indeed, that is the approach that has informed her single set menu: only the main course is chosen by the guest – meat, fish or vegetarian – with the rest of the meal left to the chef's discretion. On Wednesdays, the set menu is entirely vegetarian. On Sundays, you can enjoy traditional family-style chicken dishes. Good value for money at lunchtime. Pouliche will steal your heart.
