Every night, only 10 lucky guests can enjoy an omakase-style tasting menu seated at a counter overlooking the open kitchen. The theme menu changes every three months and the interior, dinnerware and plating all echo the theme of the moment for a truly immersive experience. Creative dishes are thoughtfully executed with a nod to local culinary culture.
