Close to the canal in the Dublin suburbs sits this small, glass-fronted restaurant run by husband-and-wife team John and Sandy Wyer. A tasting menu is available at lunch and dinner, along with a lighter 3 course option at lunch. Across the menus, dishes come with a creative edge and yield punchy flavours; the 'surprises from our kitchen' are a lovely way to kick things off. Service is well-organised from a friendly team and the tables close to the open kitchen are understandably popular.
