Part of the Casa Albets, a historic (and remote) family farm that is said to date back to the 11C, where the emphasis is very much on everything organic. In keeping with the rest of the property, the restaurant boasts a truly charming rustic ambience with its exposed stone walls and vaulted ceiling – the perfect setting for 100% vegan cuisine that takes full advantage of plants, vegetables and other non-animal-sourced ingredients in dishes that showcase meticulous presentation, intense flavours and textures that blend together seamlessly.
