The menu here is concise and well-edited, but there are some winning dishes. Start things off right with the salumi and cheese extravaganza before moving on to carpaccio, burrata, or tonno crudo to further whet your appetite. Then pierce your fork into such true-blue creations as the crisp-fried crochette di patate, highlighting mashed potatoes, peas and Grana Padano, set atop a minty pea purée; as well as tonnarelli alle vongole, complete with that beautiful briny essence.
