Chef Delphine Ronsyn designed this spacious restaurant, less than a kilometre from her family farm, and whose picture windows and terrace command fantastic views of the surrounding fields and meadows. Naturally enough, Delphine is a champion of local produce and her region, courtesy of unfussy bistro fare that is deceptively simple and straightforward. She may serve lobster glazed in aromatic tomatoes, flanked by mozzarella cream, tender artichoke and rocket leaf salad. The chef frequently pops out to ask diners for their thoughts about her cuisine. A word of advice: bookings are highly advised as this establishment is almost always packed to bursting.
