The "Alpine lifestyle hotel" Löwen & Strauss proposes this really appealing eatery as an alternative to its fine dining restaurant. The rustic yet modern decor (complete with lovely little touches like old skis, cow bells etc) goes down just as well as the friendly service and the mouth-watering cuisine, which takes its cue from the region and the seasons.
