The spacious yet homely Flourish is the elegantly decorated sister restaurant of Saneh Jaan, located inside the Sindhorn Kempinski hotel. The open kitchen runs the length of one wall so guests can watch a hearty menu being lovingly prepared as if by their own grandmother. Quality ingredients power traditional dishes, with the ‘Nuea Aroi’ Wagyu beef curry a highlight. The rich, thick sauce is well-balanced, while the meat is tender and the addition of bergamot brings a lovely aroma.
