Named after Milan’s legendary opera house, La Scala has welcomed many fine chefs into its beautiful kitchen. The Italian dishes cover all the major regions of the country from the North to the South, with authenticity at the core. There is modernity here too, which is evident across the Gastronomic Journey tasting menu. Over 80% of the ingredients are Italian and many fabulous wines from the region are available too. Ask for a terrace seat by the pool or sit inside to glimpse the open kitchen.
