Stylish, delicious and tasteful depict this good food venue which sources the vast majority of its produce from local growers and breeders. In the heart of the peaceful Lauragais countryside, this welcoming house with a lovely terrace serves good food at bargain prices: vegetable and parmesan panacotta; beef hanger steak with a confit of garlic jus; apples in honey, white chocolate ganache and a drizzle of black tea sauce. All of which washed down with a fine selection of Gaillac and Languedoc wines.
