Ransom Tavern is the Neapolitan restaurant, serving wood-fired pizzas and a long list of wines for dinner Thursday through Sunday; a pop-up Sushi shop is open on Wednesdays, and the South Woodstock Country Store Café serves breakfast and lunch, and stocks a wide selection of local and artisan-made products.
