Hôtel des Arts Saigon - MGallery

76 - 78 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St, Xuan Hoa Ward, District 3, Vietnam
168 Rooms
Contemporary Classic & Lively
As its name suggests, the Hôtel des Arts - Saigon MGallery is inspired by French Indochina, specifically the glamour of the 1930s. And while its façade suggests a modern hotel with hints of Art Deco influence, its interiors are closer to a thorough period reconstruction than guests might expect from a 21st-century boutique hotel.

The throwback elegance of the accommodations is supported, of course, by the full complement of modern boutique-hotel luxuries. And the “Arts” in the hotel’s name isn’t just a reference to the hotel’s architecture and design — the owner’s vast art collection is omnipresent, both in the rooms and in the public spaces.

Among them are the Saigon Kitchen restaurant, with its décor inspired by Vietnamese street food markets, as well as The Albion by Kirk Westaway, a modern European restaurant by the English-born, Singapore-based chef. It’s joined by the Café des Beaux-Arts, a sophisticated spot for lunch or tea, and the Social Club Rooftop Bar, offering a 24th-floor view of the city panorama.
