If not: Hunter Mountain, in the Catskills, is the setting for a Seventies ski lodge–inspired boutique hotel that’s intended as a four-season escape from the city. The look is one part idealized retro summer camp and one part crisp contemporary design, and the comforts are luxurious but far from opulent.
