Tucked away in a parade of shops off Dalston High Road, this tightly packed neighbourhood gem has a cosy, derelict-chic feel – and its shelves strain under the weight of cookery books, wines and fermented products. The chefs work calmly in the open kitchen, preparing a great value and truly enjoyable daily set menu of innovative dishes which take in many Pacific influences.
