MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The name "The Silver Arrow", as Mercedes Benz were known on the Formula 1 racetrack, is a reference to the Circuit de Charade. In a plush space, chef Clément Lorente cooks up contemporary cuisine with creative touches, served as four- to seven-course set menus. Market menu at lunchtime; brunch on Sundays.
