Join us for an exquisite dining experience featuring signature and original creations by visiting chef Massimiliano Alajmo of three-Michelin-starred Le Calandre in Padua, Italy, paired with highly rated wines handpicked by Robert Parker Wine Advocate.

Well-known for his multi-sensory approach to cooking and penchant for exploring ingredients in depth in order to bring out their true essence, Chef Alajmo will be creating an exciting line-up of creative dishes that showcases the finest and freshest local and Italian ingredients, all specially imported for the 8-day dining series happening from 29 April to 6 May.

Art at Curate featuring Massimiliano Alajmo is the first of a regular series of prestigious Michelin-starred chef guest dinners organised by Resorts World Sentosa with the support of Robert Parker Wine Advocate and the Michelin Guide Singapore. The April dinners also mark the debut of Curate, Asia’s first restaurant to showcase visiting Michelin chefs situated within Resorts World Sentosa.

Further editions of Art at Curate will be hosted in Curate throughout the year, featuring modern European cuisine by a remarkable line-up of Michelin-starred chefs around the world. The visiting chefs will curate exclusive tasting menus at the restaurant over separate sessions in the course of the year, as well as collaborate with the resort’s resident chefs to create a signature menu that will continue to be served at Curate before the next event.


Prices range from S$280++ for a four-course lunch, $290++ for a Dom Perignon champagne brunch to S$480++ for an eight-course dinner with wine and champagne pairing.

Seats can be booked from 25 March to 6 May 2016. Priority booking for American Express cardmembers commences on 17 March 2016. Members of the public will be able to book from 25 March 2016.

About the chef:

Massimiliano Alajmo was just 28 when the Michelin Guide bestowed his family’s Italian restaurant Le Calandre its three star status in 2002, making him one of the youngest executive chefs to earn that coveted distinction. Today, the 42-year-old is an accomplished multi-hyphenate in and outside of the kitchen. Together with his brother Raffaele and sister Laura, he is a part of the fifth generation of the Alajmo family of chefs and restaurateurs, and oversees the kitchens of Le Calandre and the family’s other two restaurants Ristorante Quadri and La Montecchi, with a total of five Michelin stars among them; as well as a network of bistros, Il Calandrino, abc Quadri, abc Montecchia, and Caffè Stern in Paris.

Besides sitting on the board of directors and regularly lecturing at Italian culinary school, the Master della Cucina Italiana, chef Alajmo has also published an award-winning cookbook entitled “In.gredienti” and owns Le Essenze, a line of pure essential oil sprays, and alajmo.design, a collection of tableware designed by the Alajmo brothers and produced by renowned Italian craftsmen.
