A corner that is simply out of this world, tucked away in a delightful chalet with a fireplace that smells of wood and warmth. The cuisine celebrates local produce in tune with the seasons: wild herbs from Valdestali in spring, vegetables from the kitchen garden in summer, and fruits from the surrounding woods in autumn. Delicacies include lasagnetta with venison ragout and chanterelle mushrooms, cjarsons and antique apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. There is only one tasting menu, and reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
