One Star: High quality cooking
The small dining room exudes its own charm, and in the colder months the warmth of a lit fireplace enhances the setting with a welcoming, evocative atmosphere. The lagoon takes center stage in the kitchen, expressed through its many nuances: eel features prominently, either simply prepared or grilled over embers, while Adriatic fish – particularly squid and turbot – dominate the menu. Even the journey to this farmhouse is part of the experience, as it leads through the Po Delta Valley with its characteristic landscapes and rich wildlife.
