Every inch of the restaurant is draped in foliage and bathed in soft lighting while the windows reveal a glimpse of the ocean. “I wanted to create a place where guests can celebrate life with good service, good music, good vibes, and of course, great food,” Colagreco adds.
As for the menu, diners can expect everything from ceviche to tiraditos, all carefully crafted to evoke the essence of each element. Incorporating diverse flavors and cooking techniques, chefs utilize a distinctive Asado grill to infuse dishes with smoky depth, while meats and fish are transformed at the in-house curing chambers.
Perfectly placed along the windswept Corniche inside the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, One-MICHELIN-Star Jamavar offers a taste of India’s timeless dishes in an elegantly appointed space. One of many international outposts, the restaurant takes its name from the intricate 16th-century shawls of Kashmir. The menu, curated by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and helmed by executive chef Edgar Hurtado, presents Latin and globally inspired creations, including classic ceviche, loaded tacos and tortillas, as well as sizzling shrimp and crispy fried chicken.
