Snug, pared-back and arty – the interior of this historic 1900 edifice is equally as fascinating as David Schulz’ fine cuisine. Veggies, herbs and seasonings form the backbone of his cooking. Almost everything is prepared from scratch and many of the recipes star local meat or North Sea seafood.
