Immersed in nature, La Cerreta Osteria is a rural inn where you can sleep, relax in hot springs and enjoy fine cuisine. The two tasting menus have a vegetable focus and are accompanied by biodynamic wines and fermented juices. The Ristorante della Cerreta is open for dinner every day, serving just one single daily menu on which local specialities take pride of place.

"This restaurant is situated on a certified biodynamic farm which supplies 90% of the ingredients for its fresh, seasonal cuisine. Produce includes vegetables straight from the kitchen garden, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Maremma beef, Cinta Senese pork and Livorno chickens, all raised on the farm, as well as wine from the estate’s vineyards. The result is an all-round sustainable approach that is communicated clearly and with passion."
