If you thought fine dining had to be formal, think again. Ryan Clift's discreetly signed flagship restaurant has a casual clubbing vibe. A spot at the counter is best for watching the chefs in action; a table in the dimly lit dining area offers more privacy. The tasting menu features well-crafted, nicely plated dishes made exclusively with ingredients from Japan. The delicious cocktails inspired by songs from different decades are a fun touch.
