Floor-to-ceiling glass windows ensure that a visit here will be accompanied by spectacular views of the eponymous mountain, which towers 1,895m above sea level. The detailed, ambitious dishes have a Polish heart alongside classical Gallic influences; similarly, local ingredients from the Podhale region are combined with those from further afield, including lamb from France. Complex and sophisticated combinations provide textural variations and subtle contrasts of flavour.
