Situated on the second floor of a building in the historic centre of Arco, this restaurant is an intimate and romantic inn with the feel of a private home. Here, Evelyn and Carl have poured all their love for travel into the decor and the cuisine, the latter on two tasting menus (one focusing on meat, the other on fish) which are served to the few fortunate guests at the restaurant’s three tables. The creative recipes are influenced by the Trento region, as well as elsewhere in Italy and across the globe in dishes that awaken guests’ curiosity and delight their palate. The amusingly “Nigiri in crisi di identità” (Nigiri in an identity crisis) features a deconstructed version of this classic Japanese dish.
