Exiting the lift onto the sixth-floor restaurant with a charming lotus pond and iconic lanterns feels like entering the ancient town of Hoi An. The Huế-style rolls with pork and pickled shrimp feature fresh vegetables, a hint of purple sweet potato and a tangy vinegar sauce.
