As its name implies, caviar plays a starring role here, with a range of Hungarian and Siberian choices on offer, as well as two different caviar tasting experiences. French and Russian influences guide the cooking. Choose from the à la carte or one of two tasting menus: ‘Rise’ offers the chef’s favourite dishes, while ‘Golden Era’ celebrates the restaurant’s 35th anniversary with iconic recipes from the restaurant’s past reinterpreted.
