MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Following the Edomae tradition, nigiri and shuko are served in alternating sequence. There are also many menu items so customers won’t get tired of the selection. Rice vinegar and akazu are used to season the rice depending on the topping in order to emphasise the unique characteristics of the fish. In true Nishiazabu fashion, the modern interior, wide selection of drinks and late operating hours make it different from a conventional sushi restaurant.
