This stylish restaurant, part of the comfortable and tastefully designed Hotel Le White, is located right at the entrance of the village, facing the Dents du Midi mountain range. The decor here is a draw in itself; the seating is spread over two levels, with sleek modern furnishings complemented by warm reclaimed wood and quarry stone, creating a pleasing Alpine feel. The proprietor personally attends to the diners, while his partner manages the kitchen. Her French heritage is reflected in her dishes (be sure to leave room for dessert and try the classic rum baba), but she also incorporates international – especially Asian – influences, such as in her unique take on gyoza.
