Momoyama is a sophisticated Japanese restaurant located on the 38th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul. The kitchen team offers a wide selection of Japanese cuisine from the traditional yest refined haute cuisine kaiseki-ryōri, to sushi to the one-pot nabemono and even chazuke (cooked rice steeped in hot tea, dashi or hot water). The chef is especially meticulous with ingredients, which he personally procures directly from producers. Momoyama also has an impressive sake selection, selected by a sake sommelier.
