Located at TAUERN SPA wellness hotel, this chic little contemporary-style restaurant is separate from the hotel but accessible from inside it. Seating is limited to 14 diners, who are served a six-course ingredient-led set menu. With his menu titled "Reise durch Salzburg" ("Journey through Salzburg"), ambitious chef Christof Schernthaner showcases regional and seasonal cuisine, highlighting exceptional ingredients such as home-grown woodruff, Lungau Eachtling potatoes and Alpine prawns.
