What began years ago as a small hotel managed with a personal touch by Iris Porsche, after whom the restaurant is named, is now the domain of Christoph Reinhartshuber, known from the restaurant Reinhartshuber im Gwandhaus in Salzburg. In the stylish interior you will be attentively looked after. Presiding in the kitchen, meanwhile, chef Christoph cooks up modern dishes with Austrian and international influences. Beef tartare, fermented garlic, mustard ice cream, shallot is one tempting dish; fluffy Austrian pancake, plum, bourbon vanilla ice cream is another. You can choose from à la carte dishes or an interesting menu. Lovely guestrooms are an invitation to stay overnight.
