In keeping with the hotel's 140-year history, the restaurant draws on Belle Époque design elements but also incorporates nods to the natural surroundings. They serve Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Italian influence, made using first-class Swiss and international products. There is a four-course tasting menu alongside à la carte dishes.
