This restaurant is in a sense the younger sibling of Dylan Watson-Brawn and Spencer Christenson's restaurant Ernst. The interior is minimalist and discreet, the atmosphere youthful and informal. The kitchen, which is visible behind the counter, sends out creative dishes, which are also available as a tasting menu in the evening (on reservation). Breakfast and brunch are also served.
