In a small town about 10km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber, this cosy restaurant serves really flavoursome cuisine made from good-quality regional produce – importance is attached to sustainability. In summer, there is a lovely beer garden. Well-kept guestrooms for overnight stays, and a barn for private events. Tip: In the old shepherd's caravan, you can buy products made on site, such as lemon liqueur, spice mixtures, jellies and jams.
