Since 1993, the Sino-Indonesian owner has been serving authentic Indonesian classics fit for visiting dignitaries, like rendang beef, satay, and ayam goreng Kalasan. Pair with fried tempeh (fermented soybean cake) or tofu for a filling meal. For special occasions, pre-order nasi tumpeng – a festive rice tower with sides and garnishes.
