Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Tonkatsu, seafood, vegetables—select the ingredients of your choice and the kitchen will prepare an original ‘mix fry’ just for you. As the name says, this is the ‘fry house’. Daytime fare consists of set meals of a variety of items. In the evening, multi-course prix fixe is the theme, with each morsel fried and served fresh. In a couple of unique twists, different types of breadcrumbs are used, depending on the main ingredient, and some items are fried in lard while others are fried in sesame oil. Chicken tenderloin is fried at a low heat carefully calculated to cook every part of the meat.
