MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Near the Pantheon, an "eco-responsible" restaurant run by Josselin Marie, a chef originally from Brittany. He celebrates seasonal produce – lots of vegetables, little meat, fish from "passive" fishing – in the form of surprise set menus, with their carbon footprint displayed. A pleasant young team in charge of service.
