In stark contrast, the energetic service team are mostly in their 20s, delivering efficient service that appeals to a younger clientele. The kitchen is helmed by two head chefs. In addition to traditional Shanghainese fare like cod smoked with Qi Men black tea, the Western chef champions a tasting menu that incorporates Western techniques and soigné presentations.
