This restaurant from the Singaporean group is furnished in a black colour scheme and generously decorated with crystals, which befits the well-crafted dim sum, barbecued meat and seafood it serves. Specialities like scrambled ‘osmanthus’ egg with crabmeat, roasted chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, and diced chicken with tofu and salted fish in claypot all exhibit finesse and refinement. Double-boiled soups are also highly sought-after.
