As its name suggests, the kitchen is helmed by chefs hailing from the Sichuanese city of Yi Bin; most ingredients are shipped from there and cooked in authentically Yi Bin style. The menu is big and portion sizes are generous. Try Lizhuang boiled pork, and Yi Bin noodles with bean sprouts dressed in a nutty, spicy sauce. Expect to wait for at least an hour for a table. Reservations are only accepted for private rooms that seat 8 people or more.
