MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Fagn is an old Norwegian word referring to the welcome, food and lodgings given to travellers at rural farmhouses in days gone by; chef-owner Jonas wants his guests to experience the same warm welcome at his intimate restaurant. Each of the beautifully crafted dishes comes with a story, which is enthusiastically explained as the dishes are finished at the table with a flourish.
